Published as a Home Baker

My name is published in the Modern Art Dessert book created by Blue Bottle Cafe! I was one of the many home bakers (“Recipe testers”) that tested out the recipes in our own home kitchens.

The recipes were all filled with gluten as this was prior to my gluten-free life. And I would certainly be a tester again.

This is one of the creations I made. Such a fun project!
