This is another product from the box of gluten free goodies.

- Is a great substitute for chocolate cake with gluten.

- They do not rise as much as their gluten counterparts.
Here’s a picture of the gluten free devil’s food cake filled 2/3 of a cup full compared to a regular box of gluten-filled yellow cake also filled 2/3 of a cup full.
I used the reusable cupcake liners for the devil’s food and regular cupcake liners for the yellow cake, so that’s why they look twice the size.
Even though I used different cupcake liners, I would recommend filling the cups a little more full than usual because they do not rise much.
